Frames-All frames other than our Basic Frame Packages come with a two year unconditional warranty. Frames that are replaced need to be returned to Eye Looks Optical at the time of replacement.


Lenses-All of our Lens Packages come with either a one year/one time remake or a 2 year/ one time remake per year. Again, the warranty lenses need to be returned to Eye Looks Optical at the time of replacement.


Prescription Change


Any prescription change made by prescribing Doctor for 90 days will be done at no charge to the patient.
