Q. What type of frames do you carry?
A. Our frame inventory offers non-designer to designer selections. We are proud of our diversified frame inventory that meets not only our customer’s fashions needs but also their value expectations.

Q. What is the difference between a $40.00 and a $150.00 frame?
A. Quality in frames varies a great deal. Eye Looks Optical chooses our frame suppliers critically. Frames are inspected for design, material, and function. Materials used in frames, titanium, stainless steel, offer the consumer better alignment with their frames and more comfort because of the minimal weight of these products.  Eyewire (holds your lenses), hinge designs, tension of the screw sets are also reviewed. Frames will function differently with material, hinge placements, and design. All of these points are considered to offer our consumers the best value with their frame purchases.

Q. What type of products are used for your lenses?
A. We use the Essilor Family of Lens Products which include the well known Varilux Progressive Lens. Our premium and most recommended Anti-Reflective Coating is the Crizal Alize Cleargaurd. As with our frame selection, our lens products are researched and chosen to give our patients quality, value, and the latest in lens technology. All lens products brought into our lens menu are introduced to the Opticians with education of the products’ target audience, product availability, and technology.

Q. What is your warranty?
A. All frames purchased with lenses are given a 2 year unconditional warranty, all broken frames must be returned to the manufacture.  Lenses with Clear Guard Alize anti-reflective coating come with a 2 year warranty, one remake per year. All coated lens packages come with a 1 year warranty, one time remake.

Q. Will my glasses be ready the same day?
A. Our in house lab offers the possibility of same day/ one hour service with some prescriptions.

Q. Broken, Lost Glasses, Emergency Eyewear
A. Most replacement frame parts are available to us in 24-48 hours. Lens products are available to be shipped to us in that same time period with certain prescriptions. We pride ourselves on replacing eyewear as quickly as possible for our consumers.
